The El Lechon food truck in Adams County, Colorado, was found three miles away from where it was stolen. Owners Martha Gonzalez and Luis Galvez saw the food truck near 104 Avenue and Brighton Road and called the sheriff who confirmed it was their food truck, according to a report by Fox 31.
The food truck had been damaged and some items were missing.
“I know sometimes people steal the food trucks and take the equipment down and sell it and make a little money for it,” Gonzalez said.
The owners are working with an insurance company to get the truck repaired and running again.
