The Taqueria La Raiz Del Sabor Mobile food truck located in Chattanooga, Tennessee failed its health inspection due to multiple violations including a live roach in the truck and employees using a bucket of water to wash hands, according to a report by Local 3 News.
This is the second time this year that the food truck failed its inspection. In addition, much of the food was made off site, including refried beans and salsa.
Other violations include a table with a cloth over it used as a food prep surface, and unapproved sanitizer was used. The inspector said the food truck needed to correct these violations within ten days.
