Santa Barbara, California is considering new food truck rules. In particular, it is looking at operating hours, parking and other areas to regulate, according to a report by KEYT.
The city may limit operating hours to four hour periods within the 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is also considering requiring trucks to have their windows on the curb side of the vehicle, and limiting parking at come beaches and parks.
